Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of EagleEye La Mirada Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

EagleEye La Mirada Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to inform us of any hazards on your property. You are responsible for securing pets during our work hours. We will take reasonable care to protect your property but are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other items not clearly marked or disclosed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials come with a 30-day warranty when proper care instructions are followed. Hardscaping and installation work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage from weather, pests, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of EagleEye La Mirada Landscaping unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or use our designs for other properties without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
